Jellico is 4-1 losing only to Hampton. King's Acad. is 2-3. The gave 2 buttwhoopins out their first 2 games and have taken 3 in a row. If Buckner runs and throws well KA is toast. Broyles should be back and Marlow had 3 TDs vs. Pickett Co. I think the Big Blue will be 5-1 next Saturday. Ryan Morris and Jared Murray are running well. Marlow, Kellogg, Broyles and Morris catch well and can gain yards after the catch. Then there's always the threat of Buckner taking off. King's Academy ain't no Hampton. I don't think they'll be able to stop all the threats. Jellico's D is no slouch either. Sunbright and Pickett Co. only scored on the Freshman D. We could have easily shut them both out. Cudos to Dino for giving the youngsters some experience. Johnson, Lay, Coker and Partin are tough on defense. They're not easy to block and they will tackle you hard. AND, we have a 400 lb. kid we can throw in to add to the "fear factor." It's a great year to be a Devil.

i agree the blue devils are good i saw them a couple of times i think they may be in for a ride this year. keep workin hard and it will pay off. i've never seen a team with such chemistry and so many threats with the ball they can pass, run, catch this is a special team without a doubt. and the defense is awesome. keep working hard guys and keep up the good work.

I didn't get to go to this one, but my freshman boy told me it wasn't as close as it sounds. Both teams played reserves for most of the second half. Great win Blue Devils, on to the next one!
