Thursday night. Kickoff at 7. The Owls have a great program and are always tough. Our main runningback has a broken elbow and is out indefinately. That happens in football. No prediction for the game except they will say that we're better than we were last year. If we can keep that up, pretty soon we'll be a great team.

It's a non-conference game and we're just playing to have fun and learn. Irwin's out and I have 3 linemen who'll be serving some sit-down time for skipping practices. Heck, I've even got 2 going to hunter's safety courses over a football game. Anybody who thinks it's easy to coach football should have tagged along with me this week. arrrrgh! But thanks for the support Georgia and Pat. We'll do our best.

I hope both teams play hard. Kudos to you devilcoach for disciplining your players for skipping practice. The skipping the gmae for the hunter's safety course makes me sad.

Thanks to the Owls for a good, clean game. Our boys, for the most part, showed courage in the face of the giant and we did have a couple of things go right. Our kids did learn a few things Thursday and if they keep learning and keep hammering, it'll benefit them. The Blue Devils enjoyed playing the Owls and look forward to seeing you at our house next season. Good luck on your season.

Orangepanties was doggin' us on another board for gettin' frogstrangled at LaFollette so I brought the argument where it belongs. Ok, everybody who expected Jellico to win raise your hand. There. Everyone had a good time. There were no fights even though Jellico is coached by a crazyman who doesn't take crap from pansies who have never coached one game. We played ALL of our kids and if you were at the game you may have noticed which ones don't get to play all the time. I still didn't get to meet the big tough Orangelady though. I'm disappointed. I guess mommy didn't let him go to the game. I've requested a meeting.... but no luck. Or should I say no guts? I don't say anything on this board that I wouldn't say to anyones face. Pantywash does. Spineless, gutless, nutless spongebob orangepants. Any questions?
