THE EGG BOWL PENDING ON LMS WINNING THURSDAY NIGHT, WILL MEAN #1 HOME-FIELD ADVANTAGE IN PLAYOFFS,#2 THE REGULAR SEASON DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP,#3 THE COVETED EGG BOWL TROPHY.. ALTHOUGH STILL 2 WEEKS AWAY ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING TO THIS AS MAYBE THE MOST EVEN MATCHED LMS V. JMS GAME IN A LONG LONG TIME. LETS GET A BUZZ ABOUT THIS GAME PEOPLE BECAUSE THESE KIDS ARE YOUR FUTURE HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS.

This will be the biggest Egg Bowl ever. I have a History of the Egg Bowl story in the works.

Being a part of that program for five years, makes have to pull for the eagles here. Mike Miller & Steve Rutherford were both assistants in my years of playing for the cougars. Two good coaches & two good teams. Should be fun. I might have to make it down for that one.

why more exciting than usual??? is it because LMS actually has a chance to win??? are teh eagles that bad (not that teh owls arent any good---they seem to be playing prety decently right now)  jacksboro lafollette football games will always be exciting... except of course when the school officials step back in and forbid them to play like they did several years ago/// |

This is the first time that an Egg Bowl win could give the Owls top seed and a bye week in the playoffs. Jacksboro is playing for their playoff future.

How many years did the vols get beat by Alabama even though they had the better team. Jacksboro has their # & wins 14-12
