Board is a little slow before football gets cranked up....so I thought I would try to speed it up....what is one sports figure alive or dead you would love to meet? I would have to go Babe Ruth and Tiger Woods.........that would be amazing....what say you all?  ? |

I would love to just sit down and just talk football with Steve Spurrier. I think overrall he is my favorite sports figure. The way he carries himself and the way he has had success in the college game.

Paul "Bear" Bryant would be an awesome mentor for a young coach. I agree Rhino, The "Bear" would be a coach to just sit and listen and learn from! |

Why Rhino so you could learn to cheat...sorry couldnt help myself hahah!!! I'd say I know Rhino pretty good  so I know that he admires his toughness and and if you can't take it, Get out! Attitude! There isn't any place in football for babies! |

You can make babies a little tougher though...haha.
Football: Gnl. Neyland or Vince Lombardi....also Amos Alonzo Stagg hard choice.
Basketball: Larry Bird
Baseball: Babe Ruth...would make for a good party that's for sure.
Golf: Ben Hogan
Nascar: The Intimidator or Richard Petty.

i would think seriously, i would like a conversation with jesse owens who showed hitler a thing or two, jim thorpe was absolutely great at everything, i've always admired hank aaron.
my absolute favorite though is sweetness, yes you guessed it walter payton.

The person that I would like to meet would be Joe Gibbs and Charles Barkley....Joe is a great role model on and off the field...and Charles...what can I say!  |
