The Lady Owls play Jefferson at 2:00 today. I have one thing to say, and i am not putting Jacksboro people down as a whole. There were lots of LaFollette people at the tournament supporting Jacksboro the whole way. We have alot of friends from Jacksboro, but myself and others were very dissapointed in hearing the boos as the LaFollette boys came out and seeing people from Jacksboro clap for Jefferson last night at the game. (But like i said, it wasn't everyone). What's up with that? I realize they would like to see LaFollette defeated, but we are all like family here, or should be. I would like to say that I was very impressed with the kindness and compassion that Billy Wilson showed our team and fans tho, he hugged some of our players as they came out and praised them the whole way. |

Well, on that note...I want to say....Rhino and myself...went early enough both nites to see and cheer for Jacksboro! There were a lot of LaFollette fans at the Jacksboro boys and girls games cheering for Jacksboro. But I noticed as soon as Jacksboro's girls were done...90% of their fans left...and couldn't show LaFollette the same respect. It wasn't everyone there were a few that stayed...Not many....but some did! Thank you to those that stayed and cheered the LaFollette boys to VICTORY! What are you going to do when they're on the same team??? |

Just as how it should be, Jacksboro and LaFollette fighting for another championship tonight at 6:30pm. No teams from Oak Ridge or other parts of Anderson county, just LMS & JMS. Everyone please try to come out and support these boys tonight.

like I said earlier congrats to LaFollette as well as Jacksboro and especially Lady Eagles!! As for the fans not staying, I agree they should have stayed and supported both teams. I have children playing for the Lady Eagles and have been there through out the whole tourn. I strongly support both schools and have coached kids on both teams. I am an original owl from back in the day of course but now my heart is with the Lady Eagles. Yes we need to come together tonight and cheer ALL these kids on they've worked hard to get where they are and deserve our support. GO CAMPBELL COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOLS!!!!! No matter what the scoreboard shows tonight in either game boys or girls our county already holds the true winners!!!
