BIGKEV is one of my dearest friends and most loyal message board members from way back. He may be more qualifed than most to run things in this county and his wife is even more qualified than he is. I'd love to have him back locally but he would be a fool to leave what he has north of here to come back. He will alwyas entertain and educate you on the message board, he may even infuriate some at times. Look for more from him in the future.

Please do not take my comments out of text, I am a very religious person, however, until we can separate church and state there will be no improvements in politics or education in this county. Officials need to be elected and/or hired based on there knowledge, not their involvement with their church or religious beliefs.

I couldn't agree with you more. Don't get me wrong I want moral and upright leaders, which tends to mean a religious background. But that shouldn't be the only requirement for the office. We have seperation of church and state in this country for a reason. I am sure BIGKEV or Redhound(both more well suited to talk politics than I am) could expand on that.

I wonder when everyone is going to stop talking about it and do something about the political mess in this county??? And let's face it, the political mess effects our sports in this county from the elementary schools on up!!!!

thank you sportsnut. that is what I also feel. it was not right or fair to anyone involved but those kids have at least stirred things up enough to get the issue out to maybe get something done. It was never about who had playing time or not. 4 of the 7 who quit either started or played the whole game. That arguement is just another political story to get the real problems swept under the rug.
