What is the possibitlity of us dropping a to a lower class even though if we went to 4A we would get killed. What are the chances though.

Don't see us dropping. In fact Maryville will probably advance to 5A.

Do u think they will move us to Oak Ridge's region and maybe move Maryville to DB region or what. How do u think they will set up the regions.

I think it will be a region consisting of Campbell County, Oak Ridge, Bearden, Farragut, Karns, Maryville, Heritage, William Blount, and possibly the new Hardin Valley High School. The other East TN 5A region would probbly be D-B, Science Hill, Jeff County, Sevier County, Ootalwah, and Soddy Daisy

It dont look like we would have a shot of goin to the playoffs in either one. Thats nine schools in one region, isnt that too many?

Not necissarily. Actually we could end up in either region. But Heritage, William Blount, and Karns are all winable games. Hardin Valley, if they are indeed 5A would also be winable and would be a good game for the Cougars.

That would be ice but it would take splitting Campbell County back into Jacksboro and LaFollette.

Even though those r winnable games, its still not enough for a playoff apprearance. 3A would be awesome, but i dont ever seeing it happening

I would love to see Jacksboro and Lafollette split....It would cut down on over crowding.....make the kids safer IMO, because far less kids for teachers to supervise plus it would bring some pride back to this county!

That is a great idea. I think a split would do a world of good. Campbell County is to backwards for something like this. Maybe if the people from Ohio suggested it the commision would bend over backwards to do it, but if a local born person suggests such a thing then we would be totally ignored.

Today's system is all about money, a split would never happen.
